Terms of Service

Last updated 26 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Epic Ads. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. We have tried to write them in plain language rather than legal fog.

The short version. Pay monthly or annually, get a set number of commercials each month. Unused commercials do not roll over. The videos we deliver are yours to use commercially. The presenters in them are synthetic, not real people, and you are responsible for checking an ad before you publish it.

The service

Epic Ads reads a website you provide, learns the brand behind it, and produces presenter video ads with scripts, captions, and hashtags. What we generate is produced automatically, so quality varies and no particular result is guaranteed.

Your account

You need an account to use Epic Ads. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, and if you are using Epic Ads for a company you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Plans and what you get

  • Launch, $99 per month. 7 cinematic commercials each month.
  • Starter, $149 per month. 15 cinematic commercials each month.
  • Growth, $349 per month. 30 cinematic commercials each month.
  • Pro, $549 per month. 60 cinematic commercials each month.
  • Dominance, $749 per month. 90 cinematic commercials each month.

Every plan is also available with annual billing at a discount, paid once per year. Each commercial in a batch is built around a different customer problem, so a month of output does not repeat itself.

Billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Your commercial allowance resets monthly on both — an annual plan is a yearly payment for twelve monthly allowances, not one large upfront allowance.

  • Unused videos do not roll over. Whatever you have not used when the period ends is gone.
  • Upgrades apply immediately, with the extra allowance added straight away.
  • Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep your remaining videos until then, and you can reverse the change any time before it lands.
  • If a video fails to render, the allowance for it goes back to you automatically. You are only charged for videos we actually deliver.

Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Except where the law requires it, fees already paid are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.

Your content and who owns what

What you give us stays yours. Your brand, logo, product photos, and website content remain your property. You give us permission to use them for the purpose of producing your videos and running your account.

What we deliver is yours. Once a video is generated for your account you may use it commercially, including in paid advertising, with no extra fee.

You confirm that you have the right to everything you upload or point us at, and that our using it will not infringe anyone else's rights. Epic Ads keeps ownership of the service itself, including the software and the underlying systems.

Generated content and your responsibility

The presenters in your videos are synthetic. They are not real customers, not real endorsements, and not real people giving testimony. Scripts and claims are generated automatically and may be inaccurate.

Review every ad before you publish it. You are responsible for making sure what you run is truthful, complies with advertising law and the rules of the platform you post to, and carries any disclosure that platform requires. This matters most for regulated claims, such as health, financial, or performance claims.

Fair use

Do not use Epic Ads to:

  • Create anything unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
  • Impersonate a real person or organisation, or fabricate an endorsement.
  • Promote a brand or product you have no right to represent.
  • Resell or rebrand the service as your own without our written agreement.
  • Interfere with the service, work around its limits, or access it by automated means we have not authorised.

Availability

We work to keep Epic Ads running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, add, or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially reduces what your plan provides, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period.

Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time from your settings, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first. When an account closes you lose access to the service, so download anything you want to keep.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we do not promise any particular commercial result from the ads we produce, including views, engagement, or sales.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you are a consumer you keep your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Epic Ads after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Epic Ads is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief elsewhere.
