Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 July 2026

Epic Ads turns your website and brand into video ads. To do that we need some information about your business, and an account to keep your work in. This page explains exactly what we hold, why we hold it, and how to get it back or get rid of it.

The short version. We collect what we need to build your videos and to bill you. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics cookies. Delete your account and your data goes with it.

Who we are

Epic Ads provides this service and is responsible for the personal data described here. If you have a question about privacy, or want to exercise any of the rights below, email hello@epicads.org.

What we collect

Your account. Your name, email address, and a password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash, so nobody at Epic Ads can read yours.

Your brand. The website address you give us and what we read from it, such as your business name, what you sell, who buys it, your logo, colours, and product photos. You can edit or replace any of this at any time.

What we produce for you. The strategies, scripts, and finished video files created for your account, and a record of which customer problems we have already covered so that later videos do not repeat them.

Billing. Your plan, its status, the current billing period, and how many videos you have used. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Technical records. Ordinary server logs and internal records of each processing step, including timing and cost, which we use to run and improve the service.

Why we use it

  • To create the videos, scripts, and plans you ask for.
  • To run your account, sign you in, and keep your work available to you.
  • To take payment, apply your monthly allowance, and issue credit when a video fails.
  • To email you about your account and to tell you when a batch is ready.
  • To keep the service secure, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse.

Who else touches it

We use a small number of service providers to operate Epic Ads. They may process your data only on our instructions and only for these purposes:

  • Cloud hosting and database storage, where the service runs.
  • Payment processing, for subscriptions and invoices.
  • Email delivery, for account and completion emails.
  • AI and video generation providers, which receive the brand details and scripts needed to produce your videos.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. A current list of our providers is available on request.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. If you are outside the United States, using Epic Ads means your information is transferred and processed there.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. That is all. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third party trackers on this site. Your browser also stores small preferences locally, such as your light or dark theme choice, which never leave your device.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and its content for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account we remove your profile, brand details, projects, and generated videos. Records we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes, such as invoices, are retained for as long as the law requires. Backups are kept on a short rotation and are overwritten in the ordinary course.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict what we do with it. Much of this you can do yourself from your settings. For anything else, email hello@epicads.org and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Epic Ads is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell you by email.
